Expression of VEGF in Fallopian tubes in Ovarian Ischemia-Reperfusion

چکیده

Aim: Our aim was to investigate expression level of VEGF in tuba uterine ovarian ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) by immunohistochemical techniques. Material and Methods: 30 Sprague Dawley female rats were categorized into three groups. Sham group: The abdomen opened closed without any treatment. Ischemia (I) 1-hour ischemia allowed create ischemic injury. Ischemia-reperfusion then 3-hour reperfusion I/R Results: MDA MPO levels increased after IR while GSH content decreased. Histological scores follicular degeneration, inflammation, hemorrhage high I Normal histology observed sham group. In group, degenerated cilia, desquamative epithelial cells impaired basement membrane leukocytes infiltration, apoptotic nuclei, vascular dilatation, thrombosis inflammation adenoma observed. mainly endothelial cells, structures, vessels, macrophage inflammatory leukocyte fibroblast showed positive expression. Conclusion: damage affected angiogenesis, changes implantation.

mRNA Expression of VEGF and Its Receptors in Fallopian Tubes of Women with Ectopic Pregnancies

Background Establishment of viable pregnancy requires embryo implantation and placentation. Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is a pregnancy complication which occurs when an embryo implants outside of the uterine cavity, most often in a fallopian tube. On the other hand, an important aspect of successful implantation is angiogenesis. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a potent angiogenic factor...

Tying fallopian tubes to ovarian cancer risk.

I ncreasing evidence suggests that the fallopian tubes — once seen as an extremely rare site for cancer — could be the source of the most aggressive ovarian cancer. Last April, investigators at the Dana – Farber Cancer Institute in Boston immortalized fallopian tube cells in the lab, inducing the process by which ovarian cancer progresses from these reproductive tubes to high-grade serous tumor...

P-186: The Expression of IL-6Ra in Fallopian Tubes and Ectopic Pregnancy

Background: IL-6 is a proinflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokine to be very high in endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease, which are known risk factors for ectopic pregnancy(EP). The effects of IL-6 on target cells occur via the formation of a high-affinity complex with IL-6Ra that expressed in the cilia of the epithelial cells. In the present study,we compared expression of IL-6Ra i...
